What is the Procedure to Hire cloths? |
- Remember...Stock
is subject to availability on a confirmed order. Book Early
!
- Phone
(021) 510 3000 to place your order or come into the showroom
to view and book.
- A refundable
deposit is due on collection or when delivery of goods is
done, together with the full cost of hiring. Please note
deposits paid by cheque will require a 10 working day period
prior to being refunded.
- Lost
or damaged Linen will be charged for. See Replacement
Costs.
- Goods
remain the property of The Tablecloth Hiring Company.
- Late
returns not authorised by the company will incur an extra
hiring charge.
- One
hire is usually over 3 days. eg: Collect Tuesday, Function
is on Wednesday, Return Thursday. Weekends: Collect Friday,
Return Monday. Special Arrangements can be made when organising
a function out of town.
